Decisions:

   1. Renewal/New Membership to be launched according to new membership data base. Membership update will be carried out under the coordination of Mr. Srijan Bastola.

   2. The annual program  calendar presented by Mr.Gangaram Kandel approved by meeting with some modifications.

   3.  Meeting approved following regarding the new year program

        New year program Date : 12th April 2009

                Time : 12 noon (assembly) 12:30 Program start (sharp), 5pm program over
                Ticket : €12 (Adult), €8(Children ), Free (under 5 years) 
                Venue: Liberty Hall, City Centre , Dublin    

   4. NIS inventories against the name who holds them are as follows:

        10 pair Daura Surubal ( Traditional Nepalese dress) - Rajan Kafle
        1 Laminate Machine - Ganga Ram Kandel
        Mixer,  Speakers – Rabin Manandhar/ Bishal Karki
        3 mikes -Ganga Ram Shreshtha/ Jiwan Timilsina
        Big New year Banner – Suman Ghimire
 
   5. Meeting decided to open a new Bank Account with Bank of Ireland or Allied Irish Bank where two signatures will be needed between  President, Secretary and Treasurer.  Financial record  from previous executive committee was presented by Mr. Rajan Kafle. According to him,So far  NIS has balance of  € 3013  Which will be transferred to the new bank account  as soon as it is set up. Out of the total 3013 euro Rajan Kafle has €933 and Jiwan Timilsina has €1780, Deposit for Hall for New year program given: €300.

       Meeting also decided that each program co-ordinator will be responsible to keep financial record of particular event before handing over to the
Treasurer.

   6. Decided to organise a Casual Musical Night in May. Different fund raising programs will be carried out in future.

   7. Decided to buy o2 sim card as necessary  for  mass SMS.

   8. Meeting Thanked Mr. Ganesh Prasai  for providing  venue for the meeting and pledging to sponsor soft drinks for kids in the forthcoming New Year
program 2066.

      Meeting extended big thanks to  Darcy petticrew and Sharda Khatri Petticrew for sponsoring € 200 for the forthcoming New year program.

9.   Next Executive Meeting will be held on 3rd May,2009 at Jiwan Timilsina’s residence , 40 old court, Firhouse, Tallaght.
